MIFOA Scholarship

Who is eligible?

·      Any member in good standing’s son, daughter, grandson, granddaughter. Must be a High School graduate.

·     First year student entering college as a freshman, or first year graduate school, first year of accredited trade school, or first year entry into the military.  If applicant does not receive a scholarship with first application, they can reapply in subsequent years

·     Maximum funds annually is $500, to be divided into 2-$250 scholarships provided there is more than 1 applicant Program will be evaluated yearly by the Governing Board contingent on financial conditions of MIFOA.

·     Names of qualified applicants (determined by the Governing Board or designated committee) will be placed in a hat and drawn as needed
